Terms of Use

This document describes the terms on which you use the site mr-petman.kz and the Mr. Petman app. By starting to use the service you accept them.

This document is effective from 15 September 2026.

The main thing to understand about health

The service does not diagnose and does not prescribe treatment. A feeding calculation, a vaccination schedule, a breed weight range and notes on laboratory results are a reference, not a medical opinion.

Any figure you see here should be discussed with a veterinarian. We show that a value falls outside your laboratory's reference range; we do not say what the animal has or what to give it.

If an animal is unwell, take it to a vet rather than checking against a calculator. Delay costs more than any subscription.

What you can do

Create an account and a pet profile. Calculate portions, record weight, vaccinations, treatments and documents. Search the directory for clinics, pet shops, boarding and specialists. Book services. Post listings about a lost, found or rehomed animal. Leave reviews of businesses.

All of the above is free. If something becomes paid, we will warn you in advance and will not charge for what you have already created.

What you undertake not to do

Not to impersonate another person or create accounts on someone else's details.

Not to post listings or reviews that mislead: selling disguised as free rehoming, requests for prepayment, other people's contacts, advertising.

Not to post material about cruelty to animals other than to report it.

Not to harvest the directory automatically. We collected it by hand, calling every business.

Not to attempt access to other people's accounts and not to interfere with the service.

Your content

Photographs, listing texts and reviews remain yours. By posting them you allow us to show them on the site, in the app and in the link preview when the page is shared.

You are responsible for having the right to post them: that the photograph is yours and the facts are true.

We may hide a listing or a review that breaks these rules, and we must do so on a justified report. We record the reason. Anything hidden by mistake we restore.

Directory and reviews

Information about businesses is gathered from open sources and confirmed by a phone call. We mark which entries are verified and which are not. We are not responsible for how a business serves you: we did not choose it for you and we take no money from it for a place in the list.

Reviews are the opinion of their authors, not ours. We do not remove a review at a business's request merely because it is unfavourable.

Bookings

By booking through us you ask us to pass your request to a business or a provider. The service contract arises between you and them, not with us. We are responsible for the request arriving and for you being called back.

If nobody has yet claimed a business's entry, we call you ourselves about your booking.

Your account

The password and access to your email or phone are your responsibility. If you suspect someone else has signed in, tell us and we will end the sessions.

We may block an account used to break these rules: sending spam, deceiving people with listings, attempting to damage the service. We warn before blocking, except where harm is already being done.

You may delete your account at any time.

Availability

We try to keep the service running at all times but do not promise it. There are updates, hosting failures and circumstances beyond us.

We are not liable for loss arising from the service being unavailable or from a reference being wrong, except where the law places that liability on us directly.

Changes

A new version appears on this page with a new date. We warn about material changes by email or by a notification in the app. If you disagree with a new version, stop using the service and delete your account.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A dispute not settled by correspondence is heard by the court at our location.
