Public Offer

This is an offer to conclude a contract of sale on the terms set out below. By placing an order you accept it in full.

The seller is Medina Technics LLP, BIN 230840027483, registered at 12/1 Botanical Garden Street, Bostandyk district, Almaty 050070, Republic of Kazakhstan.

The buyer is the person who places an order on mr-petman.kz or in the Mr. Petman app.

What we sell

Goods for animals, which we buy and sell in our own name. We are not a platform for other sellers: we answer for every item in the catalogue ourselves.

Description, composition, weight and price are given on the product page. A photograph conveys the look of the item, but the shade on your screen may differ from the original.

Price and payment

Prices are in tenge and include all taxes. A price may change, but the price of a placed order does not change after it is placed.

Payment methods are listed at checkout. An order counts as paid from the moment the money reaches our account.

When paying by card, the card details are entered on the payment provider's page. We neither see nor store your card number.

We send the fiscal receipt to the email address or number you give.

Delivery

Delivery time and cost are shown at checkout and depend on the city and the method.

The risk of accidental loss passes to the buyer when the goods are handed to the buyer, or to the carrier if the buyer arranges delivery.

If you were not at the address and we could not reach you, the order returns to us. Repeat delivery is paid separately.

Checking on receipt

Inspect the goods on receipt: intact packaging, quantity, shelf life. If something is wrong, tell the courier straight away, before you sign. That settles the matter in a day rather than a fortnight.

Returns

Goods of proper quality may be returned within fourteen days if unused, with their appearance, properties, packaging and proof of purchase preserved.

Food, treats, veterinary preparations and other goods that opened packaging renders unusable cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened. This is a rule of law, not our invention: opened food cannot be sold to anyone else.

Goods of improper quality — defective, damaged, expired — we replace or refund. In that case delivery is at our cost.

We refund by the method you paid with, within ten working days from the moment we receive the goods and your application.

Live animals

We do not sell animals. Listings about rehoming and selling animals are posted by users themselves; we are not a party to those transactions.

Liability

We are liable for the goods to the extent provided by the law on consumer protection.

We are not liable for the consequences of using an item other than as intended or against the instructions on the packaging, nor for a particular animal's reaction to a food or a product: a veterinarian helps choose a diet, not a product page.

Enquiries and disputes

Write to the address given in the company details. We answer within three working days and try to settle the matter out of court.

This contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A dispute not settled by correspondence is heard by the court at our location.
