Who we are and how to reach us

The data controller is Medina Technics LLP, BIN 230840027483, registered at 12/1 Botanical Garden Street, Bostandyk district, Almaty 050070, Republic of Kazakhstan. The site mr-petman.kz and the Mr. Petman mobile app belong to us.

For any question about this document or about your data, write to the support address listed on the Company details page. We answer within three working days.

This document is effective from 15 September 2026.

What we collect

We try to ask only for what the service cannot work without.

When you create an account: a phone number or an email address, your name if you give one, the interface language and the country.

When you create a pet profile: species, breed, sex, date of birth, neutering, weight and its history, body condition, allergies, vaccinations, parasite treatments, medication, laboratory results and any documents you upload — a scan of the vet passport, for example. These facts describe an animal rather than a person, but we treat them with the same care: they show your life too.

When you leave a service request or a booking: name, contact, city and district, dates, information about the pet and the text of your message.

When you post a listing: name, contact phone, city, text and photographs. You publish these yourself and they are visible to everyone.

When you use the site: anonymous events — which sections were opened, which calculator was used. We do not tie them to your name and do not use them for advertising.

We do not collect data about your health, religion, ethnicity or political views. We do not ask, and will never ask, for your bank card number outside the secure page of the payment provider.

Why we process it

So that you can sign in and not lose your account. To calculate a feeding portion, build a vaccination schedule and remind you of it in time. To show weight and laboratory trends over years — that is what the service exists for. To contact you about a request you left. To pass your booking to the clinic or provider you chose. To understand which sections people use.

On what grounds

On your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. On our contract with you, where a purchase or a service is involved. On legal requirements, where the law obliges us to keep records.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only where a service cannot be delivered otherwise.

With a clinic or a provider — your name, contact and what you wrote in the booking. Without it nobody can receive you.

With services that keep ours running: hosting, email and messaging delivery, the payment provider. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

With state authorities — on a lawful request, to the extent the law requires.

Where the data is stored

The servers running the service are located in the Federal Republic of Germany. This is a cross-border transfer: the data leaves the territory of Kazakhstan. Germany protects personal data under the European GDPR, whose requirements are no lower than Kazakhstan's.

By ticking consent in the form you also consent to this transfer. If you object, you will unfortunately not be able to use the service: we cannot yet move storage inside the country.

How long we keep it

Account and pet profile — while you use the service and for three years after the last sign-in. Requests and bookings — three years, the period allowed for disputes over a service. Purchase documents — five years, as the law requires. Anonymous events — indefinitely; they contain nothing of yours.

Delete your account and we delete all of the above, except what the law obliges us to keep.

Your rights

You may learn what data of yours we hold and receive a copy. Demand that an inaccuracy be corrected. Withdraw consent and demand deletion. Object to processing.

Pet profiles, weights, documents and listings you can correct and delete yourself in your account, without contacting us. A whole account we delete on your written request, within ten working days.

Withdrawing consent does not undo what was lawfully done before it.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use only what the site cannot work without: a file holding the sign-in marker so you do not enter a password on every page, and a record of the language you chose. We have no advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

The service is intended for adults. If you are under eighteen, use it with a parent's consent.

How we protect data

The connection to the site is encrypted. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes — we do not know your password and cannot read it. Staff access is limited by role: whoever writes articles does not see customers' phone numbers. Every staff action on someone else's data is written to a log. We take a daily backup of the database.

No protection is a full guarantee. If a breach occurs, we will notify the affected people and the supervisory authority as quickly as we can.

Changes

If we change this document, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. We will warn about material changes by email or by a notification in the app.
