Be aware. Мёрзнет и легко получает солнечный ожог у окна. Требует ухода за кожей.
Temperament
Очень контактная, разговорчивая и деятельная кошка. Петерболд привязывается крепко, ходит следом, плохо переносит одиночество. Активен, любопытен, легко знакомится.
Care
Степень облысения разная — от полностью голой до короткой щетинки. Голым нужно протирание кожи через день и купание раз в одну-две недели, всем — тепло и защита от солнца. Обмен веществ быстрый, ест больше обычной кошки. Наследственно значимы проблемы с зубами и веками; у части линий встречается сращение век.

Российская порода, выведена в Санкт-Петербурге в 1994 году скрещиванием донского сфинкса с ориентальной кошкой.

- With no coat, the skin produces oil with nothing to absorb it: it collects in the folds and between the toes. Wipe every few days, bathe as needed. And remember such a cat gets cold easily and burns in the sun by a window.
- Keep in mindHypertrophic cardiomyopathy
- The commonest heart disease in cats and the main cause of sudden death. It gives no signs for a long time; the first may be fast breathing at rest or the hind legs suddenly giving out. In this breed heart scans are done on schedule — ask your vet from what age.
